3D/I Facilities Programmed Repairs/Renovations Completed in 2003 - 2004

Building K, Bookstore – Moved to temporary location in Bldg D, until permanent new location in new Student Center is completed in 2007. Old location now demolished to make way for the Science Tech Mall

Building O, Ornamental Horticulture – Project Completed; renovations included new roof, new HVAC system, and new mech/elec systems for the Greenhouse.

Building P, Automotive Technology – Project Completed; scope included a complete renovation and upgrades to all the existing spaces and build-out of new space at the front.

Building W, Maintenance – Small amount of covered storage
added to the rear.

Replace Chillers, Cooling Towers and Boilers at Central Plant Serving Bldg's A thru G, LRC, Future Science, Student Center, Communication Arts & Business CIS Buildings.
